江西省抚州市对2014年最低工资标准和适用区域进行了调整。抚州市临川区由1070元/月调整到1210元/月,
12.1元/小时。将南丰、宜黄、广昌等七个县原为五类区域的划入四类区域。
江西省政府对全省最低工资标准及适用区域进行了调整,新标准自今年7月1日起执行。由此,抚州市最低工资标准和适用区域也将进行调整。
一、抚州市适用区域由三个类别调整为两个类别。
按现行标准,我市11个县区中临川区属三类区域,南城、崇仁、东乡属四类区域,其余7个县属五类区域。新的标准执行后,将原来的五个区域类别调整为四个区域类别,抚州市的南丰、宜黄、广昌、乐安、资溪、黎川和金溪等7个县由原来的五类区域划入四类区域,从而缩小了各县区间的工资差距。

四类区域:南城县、崇仁县、东乡县、宜黄县、南丰县、广昌县、乐安县、资溪县、黎川县、金溪县
二、最低工资标准上调80—160元不等。
本次的最低工资标准调整后平均增幅13%。
1、抚州市各县(区)分属的三类区域由1070元/月调整到1210元/月,增长13%;
2、四类区域由980元/月调整到1060元/月,增长8%;
3、原五类区域合并到四类区域后,由900元/月调整到1060元/月,增长
17.8%。
此次调标仍参考了当地职工个人应当缴纳的社会保险费等因素。按照国家《最低工资规定》,在劳动者提供正常劳动情况下,用人单位应支付劳动者的工资,在剔除下列各项以后,不得低于当地最低工资标准:延长工作时间工资;中班、夜班、高温、低温、井下、有毒有害等特殊工作环境、条件下的津贴;法律、法规和国家规定的劳动者福利待遇等。
江西省2014年最低工资标准:
从2014年7月1日起,江西省实施调整后最新的最低工资标准。调整后的月最低工资标准和小时最低工资标准分别为:
一类区域1390元/月、
13.9元/小时;
二类区域1300元/月、
13.0元/小时;
三类区域1210元/月、
12.1元/小时;
四类区域1060元/月、
10.6元/小时。

最低工资标准,是指劳动者在法定工作时间或依法签订的劳动合同约定的工作时间内提供了正常劳动的前提下,用人单位依法应支付的最低劳动报酬。
正常劳动,是指劳动者按依法签订的劳动合同约定,在法定工作时间或劳动合同约定的工作时间内从事的劳动。
劳动者依法享受带薪年休假、探亲假、婚丧假、生育(产)假、节育手术假等国家规定的假期间,以及法定工作时间内依法参加社会活动期间,视为提供了正常劳动。最低工资标准适用于在中华人民共和国境内的企业、民办非企业单位、有雇工的个体工商户和与之形成劳动关系的劳动者。
国家机关、事业单位、社会团体和与之建立劳动合同关系的劳动者也适用最低工资标准。具体来讲,最低工资标准只适用于在岗职工,它不适用于退休人员、内退职工、待岗职工和下岗职工。
